Where we act as a processor for a client institution, data is shared only with that institution. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Client service data is retained for the term of the engagement plus any statutory retention period.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures including encrypted transmission, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
