How long does implementation take?
Core typically goes live in two to three weeks. Complete takes four to six weeks depending on how clean your existing data is and how many staff need training. We always plan go-live outside your exam and admission peaks.
Our staff aren't very tech-friendly. Will they use it?
That's the single biggest reason school software fails, so we plan for it. Training is hands-on and role-specific, we keep the register running in parallel for the first month, and we assign a support contact your office staff can WhatsApp directly. Adoption, not installation, is how we measure a successful go-live.
Where is our data stored, and who owns it?
Data is hosted on Indian data-centre regions, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and daily backups. It is your data. You can export it in full at any time, and if you leave we give you a complete export before deactivation.
Can it work with our existing accounting software?
Yes — we support exports and integrations with common accounting tools including Tally, and the Enterprise plan includes API access for custom integrations with whatever you already run.
